International shipments are subject to customs inspections, duty and tax, and other potential customs related-fees. Shipping Service Information -Domestic Shipping
We
use FedEx for all shipping methods, and therefore enforce the same
policies for shipping services. For more information about services to
specific locations, delivery guarantees, weather delays, and
more,please refer to http://www.fedex.com/.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx except for APO/DPO addresses which will be shipped USPS*. We do not ship to PO boxes. We offer the following options:
Ground or Home (5-7 business days) Express Saver (3 business days) 2 Day Air (2 business days) Standard Overnight (Next business day by 5pm) **if order is placed by 1pm EST Priority Overnight (Next business day by Noon)
Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays. The above transit times do not include processing time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders. Overnight
orders are only guaranteed next day delivery if placed by 1pm EST. Overnight orders placed after 1pm EST may take two business days. Other express methods are
subject to 1-2 business days processing time.
DELIVERY:
Orders valued under $500 will not require a signature upon delivery,
and may or may not be left at your door. Orders valued at $500 or more
will require a signature unless otherwise requested, and will not be
left without a signature. If you are not available to accept your
package, and a driver cannot contact you, your shipment may be returned
to us at your expense. If you are not available to accept your package, FedEx will make three attempts to deliver and then return the package to shipper. See Disclaimer for details.
Please note that FedEx does not deliver to
PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you enter one of these types of
addresses as your shipping address, we may contact you or opt to ship
via USPS (United States postal service). We will do our best to contact
you if your shipping method changes.

During summer months, and in locations where it is hot year round, we
encourage you to choose expedited shipping on your order to avoid
prolonged exposure to heat.We will be unable to issue any refunds or credits for products damaged by heat. International Shipping

Internationally can be costly, but we assure you that we offer the best
possible shipping rates which are available to us through our first
class partnership with FedEx!
We offer two FedEx shipping methods for International orders:
International Economy (5-7 business days) International Priority (2-4 business days)
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing orders in addition to transit time. Larger orders may take more time to process.
Please
keep in mind, there is also a processing time of 24-48 hours upon
receipt of your order! Also note that there may be customs delays beyond
our control. We will do our best to ship Priority orders within 24 hours.
COST: The cost of shipping will vary depending on the size/weight of the package, destination, and shipping method.

CUSTOMS & REGULATORY
Please understand that any duties, taxes, and related fees are your responsibility and are determined by customs.
It is your responsibility
to find out prior to ordering, if a certain product is suitable for
entry into your country from the United States. There are several
customs restrictions and regulations that vary from country to country
and are constantly changing.
We will be unable
to issue you a refund for shipping costs on orders that are rejected by
customs and sent back to us. Also, if an order is held by customs and
destroyed, we will be unable to
issue a refund for the products. If you would like us to re-attempt
shipping your order, please understand it is at your own risk, and that
you are responsible for all shipping charges. See disclaimer for details and policies on returned and rejected shipments.

EU RESIDENTS:
You should order from our EU online store to avoid customs delays and restrictions. Our EU store ships from within the EU which minimizes customs related issues. Please note there may still be regulatory restrictions when ordering from the EU store.

If you order any dairy containing products to be shipped to the EU,

Mexico - NO supplements allowed into the country. Can ship books only.
Monaco: Cannot ship here
Russia - maximum package value of $270. Orders over this amount will be rejected by customs.
Spain - The import of nutritional supplements is prohibited from the US. Unknown if supplements can be imported from within the EU when ordering from our EU store.
Sweden: High risk for customs delays/restrictions. We recommend ordering from our EU Store L-tryptophan-Ubermag Plus; Libido Stim (prohibited ingredient unknown)
United Kingdom
- Dairy products including whey - Whey Stronger 2.0, Fit Meal Lite,
Primal Bars (except coc almd and choc almd which are dairy free)
Returns & Exchanges
Please note, if product is returned for any reason, a 10 percent re-stocking/return fee will be charged.
In order to receive a refund for
returned items, they must be unopened, fully sealed, and returned to us
within 14 days of receipt. The package must also include a fully
completed return form which is provided upon request (orders@charlespoliquin.com).
Multimedia items such as podcasts are non-refundable.
Shipping
and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must
carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of
return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within 30
days. Poliquin Performance reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
You will not be compensated for the
return shipping cost unless you submit a claim and we determine that
there was a problem with the product. If
any product is damaged upon return, Poliquin Performance is not
responsible for the damaged product and we will be unable to accept the
return. We will be unable to compensate you for the damaged products. You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier you used to attempt to recover your costs.
International
customers - Returns coming from outside the US are often rejected by US customs. By returning products you are assuming this risk and will be responsible for all related costs. If your shipment is seized, rejected, and/or destroyed, we will be unable to refund you for the items or for shipping costs. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs
and customs fees associated with a return coming from outside the
United States.
Order Errors & Claims
If there is a problem with your shipment, or if
you believe there was an error made with the shipping, packing, or
invoicing of your order,you must request a claim form and submit to orders@charlespoliquin.com. The form must be filled out completely and returned within 14 days of receipt. We will review your claim and respond within 24-48 hours.
