Shipping Service Information
We use FedEx for all shipping methods, and therefore enforce the same policies for shipping services. For more information about services to specific locations, delivery guarantees, weather delays, and more, please refer to http://www.fedex.com/.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped via FedEx. You can choose from the following options:
Ground or Home (5-7 business days)
Express Saver (3 business days)
2 Day Air (2 business days)
Standard Overnight (Next business day by 5pm)
Priority Overnight (Next business day by Noon)
Please also allow 24-48 hours for processing on all orders. Overnight orders are subject to the same 24-48 hour processing time. We will do our best to process overnight orders as quickly as possible, but orders are filled in the order that they come in - not by shipping method. Please note that we do not charge any extra handling fees for overnight orders, only a shipping charge.
COST: Our shipping costs are variable- they depend on location, size/weight of package, and method. If placing your order by phone we can give you only an estimate of your shipping cost as this is not assessed until the order is packed and ready to be shipped. If ordering online, your shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.
*Please note there may be a slight increase in rates for delivering to certain residential addresses based on location.
DELIVERY: Orders valued under $500 will not require a signature upon delivery, and may or may not be left at your door. Orders valued at $500 or more will require a signature unless otherwise requested, and will not be left for you. Three attempts will be made to deliver your package and then it will be returned to us at your expense.
International Customers:
Shipping Internationally can be costly, but we assure you that we offer the best possible shipping rates which are available to us through our first class partnership with FedEx!
We offer two FedEx shipping methods for International orders:
International Economy (5-7 business days)
International Priority (2-4 business days)
Please keep in mind, there is also a processing time of 24-48 hours upon receipt of your order! Also note that there may be customs delays beyond our control. We will do our best to ship Priority orders within 24 hours.
COST: The cost of shipping will vary depending on the size/weight of the package, destination, and shipping method.
Please also understand that any duties, taxes, and related fees are your responsibility and are determined by customs.
DELIVERY: All International shipments require a signature, so please arrange for someone to be at the location to accept the package, or call FedEx to arrange for pick up at their local facility.
For your convenience, we can ship to many international locations throughout the world! We truly value your business and attempt to fulfill all our customers shipping needs. We do, however, ask for your help in optimizing the efficiency of shipping Internationally.
It is your responsibility to find out prior to ordering, if a certain product is suitable for entry into your country from the United States. There are several customs restrictions and regulations that vary from country to country and are constantly changing. It is impossible for us to keep up with all of the changes.
We will be unable to issue you a refund for shipping costs on orders that are rejected by customs and sent back to us. Also, if an order is held by customs and destroyed, we will be unable to issue a refund for the products. If you would like us to re-attempt shipping your order, please understand it is at your own risk, and that you are responsible for all shipping charges.
If a shipment is rejected and/or returned to us by customs, you are responsible for all shipping and customs related charges and fees.
EU RESIDENTS: You should order from our EU web shop to avoid customs delays and restrictions.
KNOWN RESTRICTIONS: (*others may exist that are not listed*)
*Dairy import from the US is prohibited to all EU countries. If you order any dairy containing products to be shipped to the EU, this is at your own risk, and we will not be able to credit you for any product or shipping costs lost as a results of customs regulations.
Australia: Pepsin- Ultra HCl 4.0, DigestForce (requires special import permit); FitMeal, WheyStronger, Immune Supreme, and other products containing dairy; possible restriction on Primal Greens due to ingredient spirinula
Austria: Fish oils (EPA-DHA 720 Blend, OPTI-EFA Synergy, OPTI-EFA Liquid, OPTI-EFA, Omega-3 Liquid, UberOmega-3, High Concentrate EPA/DHA Liquid, Omega-3 6:1) and several other restrictions (difficult to ship here)
Canada: Carnitine- Acetyl-L Carnitine Prop., Yang R-ALA, Carn-Enhanced, Carnitine Synergy; Pregnenolone; Yohimbine- Lean Legs
Possible restrictions: Tribulus Supreme, Libido Stim

Returns
In order to receive a refund for returned items, they must be unopened, fully sealed, and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The package must also include a fully completed return form which is provided upon request (info@charlespoliquin.com).
There is a 10 percent re-stocking fee for all returns!
If your order is returned to us as a result of FedEx being unable to deliver your package, you are responsible for the return shipping cost!
Order Claims
If you believe there was an error made with the shipping, packing, or invoicing of your order, you must request an order claim form and complete and send to us at info@charlespoliquin.com. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of ordering to be accepted for review.
