Alpha GPC is a great supplement for anyone who has difficulty overcoming early morning fatigue. One Alpha GPC and 1 Focused Response Px in the morning on an empty stomach do a great job of waking up the brain. I have used this combination to the point where I no longer need them to get going in the morning.

I would recommend this product to anyone regardless of their age, it has helped me go off of adderall completely due to inabilities to hold conversation and remember things. A much more natural solution for people with social anxiety or dysfunction. Thanks!!
