I bought this book to read about Poliquins tips for arm development and I was blown away because the author not only wants your arms much bigger but also much stronger in a functional way. The are detailed routines, great training advice, even nutritional advice, actual high quality colored picture to detail exactly how to perform each exercise and I love the twice a day training routine which is uncommon for most lifters. This book is golden for guys who are stuck at 14 in arms and can't get bigger or advanced lifters who constantly hit plateaus and are frustrated because they know their doing something wrong but cannot figure it out. The book is pack with great information from the highly credentialed strength coach who walks the walk and not someone from their local gym who claims to have the magic arm routine. Very pleased with this book because by using this books advice, you not only look like you have big arms, you also have the strength to go with those arms!

I was skeptical at first sbout buying a book that only emphasizes arm training. But, I took a chance any way. I am not disappointed one bit. It is more than an "arm" book. Also, there are a lot of training principles that can be applied to other muscle group for training. I also have Per Tesch's book "Target Bodybuilding." But, I am liking Charles' version better.

This book is set out so well. The quality of the photos and training programs is very clear and easy to follow. I wasnt expecting this much detail when i got the book but it is the best one out of the lot i reckon. If youre looking to fill a shirt out better than your coat-hanger does at the moment than im sure you will find some solid workouts in here. ;)

Got the book yesterday and finished it this morning. Now I will pick through it slow. There is a lot of new information in this book. And If you follow Coach Poliquins writings there is old stuff in this book as well. But DO NOT skim over it if you think you've heard it before, becouse Charles has added new information, so it's not really old stuff after all. A must read and an enjoyable one as well.
