Charles said if it doesn't taste good to you, then your deficient in some of the electrolytes and he wasn't kidding! The first 2 days of this stuff tasted like sea water, but after that it was all clear. Knowing that a better taste meant my levels were increasing makes this product 1000 times better than anything on the market. Where all others will try to please you with taste and sell you with bogus science, Poliquins stuff is sold on what works, period. This is an excellent product not only to drink, but also as a gauge of your mineral levels. Perfect for hot outdoor activities.
