Excellent PWO to heal inflammation May 15, 2011

One of the gems to come spending time with the Coach and all the long time lifters, is all lament not spending  the time they could have for their joints over the years training.
I use SINEW PLEX prewkt and FLAME QUENCH w/ CELERY PX PWO and my joints have never felt so good training. It's always better to be using this supplement preventatively ;)
