I've tried most pre-workout supplements out there and Java Stim beats them all. There is no bs in this product. The Tyrosine and Penylalanine make all the difference with eliminating the jitters or crash. I usually take 2-3 capsules 30 mins before beginning my workout and I feel great the whole time.

As the other two people claim it causes jitters, I haven't experienced anything like this yet. They could be taking too much and need to cut back, this is a great product and my training drive sucks when I don't take it.

Javastim definitely increases my training energy and allows me to lift more weight for more reps. However, the jitters remain after the workout and interfere with my sleep, even when I workout early in the day, despite the fact that Coach Poliquin claims the jitters should disappear. However, this could just be because I am a slow caffeine-detoxifer.
