Calcium/Magnesium: stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, and carrageenan).
Choline: soybean oil, gelatin, sorbitol, glycerin, water, beeswax, lecithin(soy), and carob powder (color). Contains: soy.
EPA-DHA: Natural marine lipid concentrate [fish (sardine, anchovy, and mackerol)], gelatin, glycerin, purified water, natural lemon flavor, natural tocopherols, rosemary, and ascorbyl palmitate. Contains: fish (sardine, anchovy, and mackerel.)
Formulated to exclude: Wheat, gluten, dairy products, nuts, tree nuts, colors, artificial sweeteners, and preservatives.
Recommended Use: Take one packet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Warning: Excess intake of Vitamin A may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl acetate) per day.
