Have been taking this for a little bit now and can tell that this is an awesome mix of quality carbs. I take this stuff before completing my last few sets, coupled with creatine, and the size is coming fast! Don't trust the blends of "amazing" crap carbs marketed by guys with more juice running through them than the state of Florida. Trust a science driven company like Poliquin. You will be rewarded and pleased.

This is an amazing product for anyone who can tolerate there carbs, and wants to add some serious size. Ive tried many products on the market such as waxy maize starch, and this creams all the competition. Fantastic price for a brilliant and essential supplement.
