I believe one doctor had correctly diagnose the injury, but I refused to take NAIDs, inflammation and pain persisted, so could not confirm the validity of the doctor's diagnosis, started 3 months ago used 1 bottle and few tabs ,corrected movement pattern, pain/inflammation is subdued, and I think I can really understand better the anatomy and kinesiology of injured area. I don't think I can only rehab my injury through corrective movement or Sinew Plex by itself only, I must use both methods.

Inflammation was/is subdued, corrected/correcting movement pattern, near 1 year of injury mystery now feel possibility of fully recovery.

After rest and anti-inflamms with little results I tried Sinew Plex on my dog for biceps tendonitis. After 3 days he was 100%, I couldn`t believe it.
