This little book packs a ton of great info. Very well organized and a wealth of knowledge. Huge bang for the buck.

I will be recommending this book to all my athletes and clients. Hell I my just buy them all copies! It's a ton of information in a little package.
The only problem I have with the book is; that I like to mark the pages with what I feel have the best information. Yes I gave up, I had stickies on every damn page.
